Getting to Guatemala

Arrival Process

Upon arrival at GUA:

1. Clear immigration (quick and straightforward process).
2. Collect luggage.
3. Exit into the arrivals hall where our team or private driver will be waiting.

We coordinate your arrival in advance to ensure a seamless transfer experience.

Travel Tips

• Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates.
• Currency: Quetzales but U.S. dollars are widely accepted.
• Language: Spanish is the official language, but English is widely spoken in tourism and at the resort.
• Time Zone: Central Standard Time (CST).
• Electricity: 110V (same as U.S.).
