Kirk & Krista Courson arrived for their 8th trip with us. Joining them were Matt Sim and Caristella Weale. They still have 2 more days of fishing, but through the first few days on Fortuna they have raised 35 sailfish, had 32 bites and released 19. Yesterday they caught something very rare in Guatemala. A Wahoo. Everyone was so excited by the size they actually drove back to the Lodge mid-morning to weigh it. 75 lbs.Ā Read newsletter

Fishing la Vida Buena
Like the rest of the world, the below-the-border scene is changing rapidly, attracting the attention of the PCS staff. Looking forward, the theme seems to be bigger and better. Hotels are becoming grander, new marinas built over the past few years are maturing, and others in the process of being built are pushing to open. We have a variety of picks worth keeping an eye on in 2012 – operations firmly anchored in sportfishing that offer all kinds of other amenities for the traveling angler.
